Hello! I am back with another Health article. And today’s topic is how to get your kids to eat vegetables. Kids can be very picky in what they eat. Here are some yummy dishes that will make your kids like to eat vegetables and tastes delicious.
- Vegetable Lasagna:
This recipe calls for
2 cups brocolli,
1 red/green peppers,
1 yellow squash,
1 pack of grated mozzerella cheese.
Cook all chopped vegetables in a skillet with olive oil.
Cook the lasagna noodles, or use pre-cooked noodles.
1 jar of Prego sauce
Once everything is cooked, pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees.
Layer your ingredients
Sauce at bottom, then noodles, then vegetables, then sauce, then mozerrella cheese.
Repeat layers. You should have at least 2-3 layers.
Bake for 45 minutes.
This recipe makes the picky eaters love vegetables. I always get compliments when I make this.
2. Celery Boats.
Cut celery into three inches.
Add peanut butter to the groove part of the stems. Add raisins.
3. Zuccini Pasta.
Use zuccini noodles for the pasta. And cook them just like regular noodles.
Add Alfredo Sauce, Basil, and other seasoning you want.
4. Getting your kids to eat vegetables and making foods that they enjoy is a great parenting lesson. Also, add a kids multi-vitamin to make sure they get all their vitamins. Will make your kids healthy. And you will be a responsible parent.
