Disability is any condition that makes it more difficult for a person to do certain activities or interact with the world around them. Or you hear someone climbed a mountain that has prosthetic legs or arms. And they climb the mountain with stamina and confidence. These people become hero’s to others that have disabilities, and that it does not mean the end of the world. But create a community of all races, color, gender, and religions.

To conclude: People who have disabilities can work and be successful. They become real people that are determined for excellence. They can really make the industry better for everyone. There should be more jobs willing to hire them and not discriminate because they have a disability. But sometimes getting a job is harder for the disabled applicants.
