Hello Everyone! Just wanted to touch base with you all. Burpees are hard to do if you are a beginner. And I have a video demonstration. In a modified version with a chair. Here it is:

If you have bad knees, this can be a better option. So try this technique. And you will still get all the benefits, from doing a regular Burpee.
