Hi, everyone! Here is my recipe for my favorite homemade smoothie. It’s easy to make. And is delicious. Go to the frozen fruits section at your local grocery store. Or, buy at Costco, or Sam’s Club. They provide frozen foods that are fresh and ready to go.


1 cup pitted cherries

1 cup strawberries

1 half of a banana

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup pineapple

1 Half Carton of Almond Milk

With a blender, add the almond milk first. Then add the cherries, and strawberries. Then add the blueberries, and pineapple. And last is the banana.

Blend all ingredients for a full 5 minutes. Poor into a glass with ice. And enjoy a nice smoothie.

Good to make if you’re sun tanning on a nice sunny day!
