What makes you get out of bed in the morning? What makes you go to work? What makes you workout? These are questions that we ask ourselves. To make something out of your day. Motivation to do anything is important. So today I am discussing keeping motivated. Read on!

1. Do you follow an exercise and diet plan. Keeping motivated to continue with it. Is to track your progress. Sometimes I don’t feel like exercising. On a particular day. Then someone like your brother says. You look like you’ve lost weight.Then I work out. Whenever someone compliments you. On how they see you. Keeps you motivated to see your routine through out the day.When a man compliments a woman it motivates us to keep it up.

2.  What makes you get out of bed in the morning?  Sometimes it’s a struggle to get out of bed. You’re snuggled in between the sheets. And you wish you could just stay there. But then you think. I’ve got appointments today. Or my daughter’s recital is today. Or, I’m going to art class today. When you have activities throughout the day. Gives you reason to get out of bed. And you feel like you’ve accomplished something.

3. What makes you go to work? Well. To get paid of course. If you don’t like your job currently. It can be very tough. To see the motivation in going. But then you say. I’ve got  family to raise. Or, I need the money to shop.  I have to have a roof over my head. These are good motivator’s to get through a long day at work.

4.  Also when you have pets. Can motivate you to get out of bed in the morning. When you feel your dogs kisses. Motivates you. To take him/her for a morning walk. Or your cat needs to be fed. Having a pet is beneficial. For your health and helps keeping healthy thoughts.
